what happens after the trial?

When the seven days are up, Grove asks you once whether you'd like to stay. Nothing is charged automatically without you choosing to.

where do my files live?

On your own device, where they already are. Grove never hosts them. Bring your own sync if you want them on more than one machine.

can I cancel?

Any time, from inside the app. Your projects stay exactly as they are, and you can still undo anything Grove ever did.

which agents does it work with?

Any of them. Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Gemini, or whatever you reach for next. Grove speaks to them through a root AGENTS.md and an MCP server.
